LAN & Networking
A structured local network of switches, cabling and data points that connects every computer, phone, camera and system in the building — designed with room to grow and documented for future maintenance.
Residential
Integrated technology and security systems for a residential development.
The project demonstrates Extrion's ability to apply enterprise-grade technology principles to residential environments, with emphasis on connectivity, security and safety.
Integrated technology and security systems for a residential development. Environments like this depend on connectivity, security, safety and communication systems that work together reliably — every day, without interruption.
We coordinated multiple technology systems within one facility: designing the infrastructure as an integrated environment, implementing each system, testing it and handing it over with documentation and support.
Systems delivered
A structured local network of switches, cabling and data points that connects every computer, phone, camera and system in the building — designed with room to grow and documented for future maintenance.
Fibre-optic backbone links between buildings, floors and server rooms. Fibre carries far more data over longer distances than copper and is immune to electrical interference, so connections stay fast and stable.
IP cameras covering entrances, corridors, stores and perimeters, recorded centrally with remote viewing for authorised staff. Footage helps deter incidents and supports investigations when something happens.
Physical security systems — alarms, intercoms and monitoring — configured to work together so the facility is protected around the clock and staff are alerted quickly.
Card, PIN or biometric readers on doors to sensitive areas such as pharmacies, server rooms and stores, with a log of who entered and when.
Fire detection and alarm infrastructure — detectors, call points, sounders and control panels — installed to give early warning and support safe evacuation.
