How Extrion Tech handles your information and the use of this website.
We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run a secure website. This notice explains which cookies and similar technologies the Extrion Tech website uses, why, and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember information between pages — for example that you have started filling in a form — and help keep the site secure.
Essential cookies
A session cookie keeps forms, messages and your quotation basket working between pages. The XSRF-TOKEN cookie protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
Preferences stored in your browser
Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Analytics
If you allow “Analytics” in the cookie settings, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and contact options are used. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to two years. Google Analytics is never loaded unless you opt in, advertising features are switched off, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Client portal and staff sign-in
If you sign in to the client portal or the content management system, a secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Choosing “Keep me signed in” adds a remember-me cookie. These cookies are encrypted, marked HTTP-only and deleted when you sign out or they expire.
Embedded videos
Videos on this website are shown using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and are only loaded when you press play. Until then, no YouTube content is requested and no YouTube cookies are set. Once you play a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
How long cookies last
Session cookies expire when you close your browser or after a period of inactivity. The remember-me cookie lasts until you sign out. Theme preferences stay in your browser until you clear them.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the website's forms, quotation basket and sign-in from working.
