Why is hosting paid yearly?

Yearly billing keeps the price low and stops your website being switched off because a monthly payment was forgotten. Choose 1, 2 or 3 years on the order page.

How do I pay?

After you place your order you will see our Lipa Namba, Tigo Pesa and bank details with your order reference. Pay using the reference, then send us the transaction ID by WhatsApp or email.

When is my hosting activated?

As soon as your payment is confirmed. We email your cPanel login details and help you connect your domain and email.

Is the .co.tz domain free?

A free domain is included with the Business, Growth, Professional and Enterprise packages. The Starter package does not include a domain.

Do I need a TIN or business licence to register .co.tz?

.co.tz registration follows the current Tanzanian registry requirements. We tell you exactly which documents apply before you pay.

Can you move my website from a host in Kenya or abroad?

Yes. If your current host runs cPanel, we move your files, databases and mailboxes free of charge and plan the switch to avoid downtime.

Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?

Yes. You can move up to a bigger package at any time — contact us and we will arrange the upgrade for you.

Is business email included?

Yes. Every package includes email accounts at your own domain, with webmail and setup for phones and Outlook.
