Access control & intercoms
Control who comes in, and know when they did.
Keys get copied and lost, and a guard’s notebook cannot tell you who opened the store room at night. We design and install access control, smart locks and video intercoms for offices, hotels, hospitals, warehouses and residences.
- Fingerprint, card & face
- Video door intercoms
- Time attendance
What we install
Doors, gates and visitors under control
Access terminals
Fingerprint, RFID card and face recognition terminals at doors, store rooms and server rooms.
Locks & door hardware
Magnetic locks, electric strikes, exit buttons and power supplies matched to each door.
Video door intercoms
See and speak to visitors before opening the door or gate, from an indoor monitor.
Time attendance
The same terminals can record staff clock-in and clock-out for payroll and reporting.
User & schedule management
Add and remove users, set who may enter where and when, and review the access log.
Works with CCTV & fire
Doors can be linked to cameras and, where the equipment supports it, released by the fire alarm.
Planned door by door
The right lock and reader for each opening
Glass doors, wooden doors, metal gates and fire exits each need different hardware. We survey every opening and agree how people should get in, how they get out, and what happens during a power cut or an emergency.
- Door and gate survey with photos
- Reader type chosen for each user group
- Lock type that suits the door and the fire exit rules
- Battery backup so doors behave predictably in power cuts
- User enrolment and administrator training
- Support and changes as staff join and leave

Questions
Access control questions
Fingerprint, card or face recognition: which is best?
Cards are quick and easy to issue to visitors and contractors, but can be lent or lost. Fingerprint and face recognition tie access to the person. Many sites combine them, for example cards for visitors and biometrics for staff areas.
What happens to the doors during a power cut?
We fit power supplies with battery backup and choose lock types so each door behaves the way you need: staying secure, or releasing so people can always get out of escape routes.
Can the system record staff attendance?
Yes. Many access terminals also record clock-in and clock-out times, which we can set up with attendance software for reports.
Can you add access control to existing doors?
Usually, yes. We check each door and frame during the survey and recommend the lock and hardware that will fit.
Need better control of your doors and gates?
Book a survey and we will recommend the right readers, locks and intercoms for each entrance.
