Fire detection & alarm
Fire alarm systems that warn early and keep people safe.
Early detection gives people time to get out and staff time to act. We design, install, test and maintain fire alarm systems for hotels, offices, schools, hospitals, warehouses and residential buildings.
- Conventional & addressable
- Smoke, heat & call points
- Testing & maintenance
System components
Detect, alert and show exactly where
Smoke & heat detectors
Optical smoke, heat and multi-sensor detectors chosen for each room — kitchens and plant rooms need different detection to bedrooms.
Sounders & beacons
Alarms loud enough to wake guests, with flashing beacons where people may not hear them.
Manual call points
Break-glass call points on escape routes so anyone can raise the alarm.
Control panels
Conventional panels show the zone; addressable panels show the exact device and room.
Standby power
Batteries that keep the system working during power cuts.
Testing & maintenance
Regular testing and servicing so detectors and sounders work when they are needed.
Conventional or addressable?
The right system for the size of your building
Conventional systems group detectors into zones and suit smaller buildings. Addressable systems identify each device individually, which helps staff find a fire quickly in hotels, hospitals and large sites. We recommend the right one after a survey.
- Site survey and detector layout
- Detector type chosen per room
- Fire-rated cabling
- Testing and commissioning on completion
- As-installed drawings and handover
- Scheduled maintenance visits

Questions
Fire alarm questions
How many detectors do I need?
It depends on room sizes, ceiling heights and how each space is used. Attach a floor plan to the builder above, or ask for a site survey, and we will design the layout.
Do you maintain existing fire alarm systems?
Yes. We test and service existing systems, replace faulty detectors and batteries, and can upgrade older panels.
Can the fire alarm link to other systems?
Fire alarms can often trigger PA evacuation messages, release access-controlled doors or notify staff. We check what your equipment supports during design.
Is your building protected?
Book a site survey and we will recommend a fire alarm system that suits your building.
